The Quality SystemGHEPI quality sytem is born in 1994 through an organizational approach due to a strong growth of the company. During this phase, Certification target was not sure, because, at the beginning, this target was considered too demanding for a small company. Our company, instead, has believed in the possibility of growth, according to ISO 9000 regulation and helped by an advice study . In 1995, good results incited direction asking official recognition for our work, starting certification process with SGS ICS agency. Certification delivery arrived in April 1996. Company history makes us proud of our Quality system, based on real and dynamic quality, in order that it would be a guarantee for customers and for company itself. During 2000, according to new regulation Vision 2000, GHEPI developed assessments for future activities, waiting for Total Quality, considering them fit for a company which based its work on knowledge, organization and service, technological improvement and new headquarter strenght.Since November 2005 Ghepi srl is certified to UNI EN ISO 14001:2004. Since October 2010 Ghepi srl is certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. According to Quality Control, we wish underlining possibility to satisfy particular request of our Customers as regards: - Preparing of Control and Test Certfication for articles - Preparing Quality and Control Plans - Process Capability Passed first certification, two important activities of update and deepening of current procedures have been decided: - Customer Satisfaction Questionaire, under construction, with the intent of improve our customer relations, through comunication and informations collecting, with two aims: recording any comments on our work; receiving new purposes or advices to improve collaboration. - Suppliers Valuation Questionaire, through a process which allow us improving our knowledge on suppliers services, with a particular attention to their professionality in terms of price and services, technical assistance, complaints solutions and so on | |||||
